In partnership with our statewide network of employers, our seasoned job placement professionals place participants in successful careers, with a focus on creating a perfect job match for employees and employers. Once employed, participants receive intensive follow-up services including job coaching, case management, additional training, career advancement opportunities, and participant/employer advocacy.

abilIT is a free, 14-week training program offered in partnership with Melwood. The program serves people with disabilities and disabled veterans, preparing participants to sit for industry-recognized certifications, and supporting the job search in IT, cybersecurity, or tech-adjacent fields.
