Big congrats to our Healthy Transitions team for their 2nd award in just 6 months! The Association of Community Services of Howard County awarded our youth mental health services program their “Employee Team of the Year” award for their service to the community in Howard County. Humanim’s Healthy Transitions program serves youth ages 15-25 struggling with serious mental health challenges. To date, we have helped 82 youth in Howard County successfully transition into adulthood through this program. A video spotlight of the award and Healthy Transitions to come soon!
