Humanim’s Gerwig Day Program recently hosted a Valentine’s Day DIY Event with AR Workshop Annapolis! This video shows a sneak peek of AR Workshop, and Humanim’s apprentices putting together the custom Valentine’s DIY To-Go Kits that were sent to participants. The kits had everything participants needed to enjoy the project from their home, including craft materials, detailed instructions, and pro tips to create a finished masterpiece during their virtual learning class!
We extend our appreciation to the Rise to the Challenge grant from Howard County Government that Humanim received last fall. This funding has helped make activities like this possible, supporting our pivot to new human service models and virtual learning classes while continuing to serve individuals in our community.
