February Program Spotlight: Evidence Based Practice Supported Employment

February Program Spotlight: This month we spotlight our Evidence Based Practice Supported Employment (EBSE) program.
Humanim’s EBSE program provides person-centered employment services to individuals with severe and chronic mental illness who want to work. Our Evidence Based Practice Supported Employment program supports individuals in their efforts to achieve steady employment in mainstream competitive jobs, either part-time or full-time. It is centered on the principle that competitive employment is not only attainable for people with mental illness but in many cases can be part of their recovery process.
Our EBSE services focus on working collaboratively with clients, providers, and family members to support clients in finding and maintaining competitive employment that meets their individual skills and preferences. Humanim is the recipient of the Johnson and Johnson-Dartmouth Achievement Award recognizing our EBSE Program.
