Humanim CEO Henry Posko Joins the Board of Trustees of the Horizon Foundation

poskosmBALTIMORE, MD – Henry Posko, the President and CEO of Humanim, was recently invited to join the Board of Trustees of the Horizon Foundation. The Horizon Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit public charity that seeks to promote and enhance the health and wellness of the Howard County, Maryland community. The Foundation was established in 1998 as a result of the merger of Johns Hopkins Medicine with Howard County General Hospital.

Mr. Posko brings to the board a wealth of knowledge gained through his twenty-five years of experience with Humanim. As CEO, he leads Humanim’s team of over 650 staff members as they offer a broad range of workforce, community, and business development services to assist individuals and communities in moving out of poverty. Annually, Humanim serves over 4,500 individuals throughout Maryland.

Upon his selection, Mr. Posko indicated that “it is an honor to be asked to join the board of the Horizon Foundation. I look forward to helping advance their mission and vision in support of individuals and families living throughout Howard County.”

Mr. Posko a resident of Severna Park, MD, has participated in numerous community activities throughout his career, in addition to this most recent role.
