Please join us for a presentation on Supported Decision Making, an alternative to guardianship. Supported decision making is a model for supporting individuals with disabilities to make significant decisions and exercise their legal capacity. Decisions are made with the support of the team involved with the individual. Presented by Quality Trust, an independent nonprofit advocacy agency focused on improving the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities, in partnership with Humanim, the Arc of Howard County, and Howard County Autism Society.
