Last week, our Healthy Transitions program started a series of Wellness Notebook workshops!
Individuals in HT used stickers, markers, and other fun supplies to create Wellness Notebooks, while their facilitator Cindy Underwood provided guidance on what to include in their books.
As our HT youth transitions into adulthood, their wellness notebooks will be used to keep track of health and wellness goals, as well as organize and manage other parts of their lives, including school, jobs, benefits, and even taxes.
