Last month Brick + Board and Details Deconstruction, two Humanim Social Enterprises, had the honor of hosting a delegation consisting of 12 Environment & Sustainability experts from Africa.
The delegation visited Baltimore through the World Trade Center Institute (WTCI) as part of a “Sustainable Cities” tour, to explore best practices in environmentally sound urban planning, as well as the design and maintenance of infrastructure systems in urban areas. The group consisted of academics, engineers, architects, journalists, and civil servants.
Our team was honored to share what they’re doing in Baltimore, and learn about what folks are doing in their respective countries to improve the quality of life in cities.
