Humanim was selected to participate in the first-ever Front Line Supervisor training hosted by the Maryland Association of Community Services (MACS). Five of our Front Line Supervisors from our Developmental Disability division participated in a 7-day intensive training. The training focused on coaching, utilizing the National Alliance of DSP Frontline Supervision curriculum, management, insight from someone who receives supports, a discussion of lessons learned, and graduation. The employees that went through the training are Mike Fahey, Lauren Bersica-Brey, Selena McCray, Maureen Howley, Kevin Wingate, and Kim McClearn.
